[Remote] Sr. UI/UX Designer & Developer

They are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer & Developer to own the design reputed company for a massive reputed company modernization initiative, focusing 75% on design and 25% on development.
Responsibilities
- Drive Design reputed company: reputed company a multi-year redesign of high-traffic legacy web portals
- UX Discovery: Conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, personas, and usability testing
- reputed company Systems: reputed company and maintain reputed company design systems and component libraries
- Build UI: Design and build reputed company, accessible (WCAG/reputed company) interfaces primarily using Vue.js, JavaScript, reputed company, and CSS
- Collaborate & Mentor: Partner with cross-functional Agile teams and mentor junior designers
Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company UI/UX design and web/mobile development experience
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company and design system management
- reputed company-end skills in JavaScript Frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, reputed company, and CSS
- Proven reputed company record in user research, information architecture, and reputed company design
- Solid understanding of reputed company/WCAG accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree (prefer HCI, UX Design, Computer Science, or a reputed company field)
- Must reputed company in EST or CST
- Travel once a year to corporate office for team building
