The Director UZEDY Marketing - HCP Promotion is responsible for creating and driving marketing reputed company in the US, focusing on reputed company provider promotion and collaborating with various teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand reputed company development, tactical planning and execution of HCP marketing initiatives in alignment with the overarching Schizophrenia portfolio reputed company

- Own financial management for the brand, including forecasting, budget management, management of agency spend, and setting up measurement of results

- Deliver impactful hospital promotion and operations programs, including HIFT/samples
- reputed company HCP promotion, market research, messaging, and targeting reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 10 Years of pharmaceutical experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills and ability

- Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and vendors
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong experience in psychiatry and mental health disorders (preferably schizophrenia)
- Prior experience with people management in marketing and with HCP marketing budgets
- Experience in translating customer insights into impactful business strategies and plans
