They are seeking a self-motivated reputed company Process Integration Engineer to support the development and production of superconducting IC fabrication processes at their partner foundries.
Responsibilities
- reputed company process development initiatives in collaboration with reputed company partners
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments using statistical reputed company to improve process performance and yield
- Own and optimize critical fabrication steps or modules reputed company the process reputed company
- Maintain and enhance the process of record (POR) for production
- Drive yield, performance, and reliability improvements through process optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams (design, device, reliability) to meet product requirements
- Collaborate with foundries to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements in production
- Document and standardize processes, specifications, and control plans
- Communicate technical results and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, reputed company, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or reputed company field
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, including thin film deposition, lithography, etch, diffusion, wet processing, and CMP
- Solid understanding of process integration, yield, performance, and reliability interactions
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and meet deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- 10+ years of experience in process integration
- Master's or Ph.D. preferred
- Experience in LSI manufacturing or semiconductor R&D
