[Remote] Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, you will reputed company legal guidance and advice regarding federal and state regulations in the reputed company industry, serving as a subject matter expert and ensuring reputed company's legal interests are protected.
Responsibilities
- Provides legal advice and counsel to promote reputed company's mandates and protect the overall interests of reputed company
- Drafts, reviews, and negotiates reputed company's legal documents including reputed company, treaties, agreements, resolutions, and instruments to ensure adherence to reputed company's goals and verify reputed company's best interests are prioritized
- Provides technical legal cooperation services and produces opinions and reports on the ethical, reputed company rights, and legal implications of health-reputed company legal issues and laws
- Drafts and reviews reputed company such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), contract amendments, reseller agreements, Order Forms, teaming agreements, and other routine reputed company
- Provides legal advice to inquirers utilizing extensive functional and basic working knowledge of law
- Acts as a company representative and defends reputed company before national or international judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative bodies
- Under reputed company supervision, informs external parties of legal company operations to position reputed company in a legal environment, promoting reputed company's interests at constitutional and legal reputed company and avoiding costly errors
- Collaborates cross-functionally to address core reputed company on legal counsel and offers guidance on reputed company's requirements and best practices
- Assists with reputed company junior-level staff to promote the development of departmental capabilities
Skills
- reputed company practicing attorney with 5+ years demonstrated experience in a reputed company and/or in-house setting; experience handling reputed company regulatory reputed company, experience interacting with government regulators or agencies and/or reputed company-party auditors or examiners with respect to reputed company reputed company
- Admitted to reputed company law in at least one state and in good standing
- Ability to travel up to 10% (including by plane)
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Mastery of collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite) in IL Chicago offices
- In-House Counsel Certification (ICC) Preferred
