The role involves enhancing policies and procedures, tracking orders, and ensuring compliance with established processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company business support activities, primarily creating and managing purchase orders reputed company Ariba system
- Providing guidance and direction to staff for best reputed company in what is required to reputed company a PO
- Review documentation for completeness throughout the ordering process
- Follow up for invoicing and submission of invoices
- Managing escalations reputed company PO's are blocked
- Liaise with reputed company teams in relation to purchase order
- Enhance policies and procedures based on experience and observations
- Manage creation of new cost centers and suppliers
- Tracking orders against the plan, and invoices against the orders
- Monthly reporting of actuals vs plan
