[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team through pipeline management, CRM data maintenance, and sales reporting, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Supports the sales team with pipeline management, reputed company qualification, and CRM data maintenance
- Generates and analyzes sales reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and reputed company actionable insights
- Assists in developing sales forecasts and contributes to the preparation of annual sales budgets
- Provides support for deal enablement and reputed company execution
- Works closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
- Ensure reputed company sales materials are reputed company, accurate, professionally formatted, and reputed company with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and product positioning
- Captures event leads and completes post-event follow up

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or reputed company field
- 3-5 years or reputed company experience in a business support function
- Knowledge of sales operations processes across the full sales lifecycle and CRM systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- CRM reputed company support and data hygiene, cross-functional coordination and communication, and process documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain high attention to detail
- Ability to Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

- Experience supporting operational, process-oriented work reputed company sales or reputed company teams
- Experience working in fast-growing or scaling organizations

- Familiarity with cross-functional deal coordination and RFP or proposal support processes
