The Director of reputed company will collaborate with business leaders to shape HR strategies, drive talent development, and ensure effective associate engagement across various business segments.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with business leaders and people managers, responsible for planning and executing on HR components of business reputed company including organization design, workforce management, talent development, change management, and associate engagement
- Serve as reputed company, counsel and adviser to HR Business partners and business leaders to drive development of leadership and talent capability and competencies as reputed company as assuring associate engagement and inclusion for organization effectiveness
- Champion associate engagement through effective communication, culture, associate reputed company in reputed company
- In collaboration with HR functions and HR leader peers, reputed company and reputed company workforce management strategies, policies, programs and services that reputed company and reputed company reputed company business needs and prepare the business for the reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field; Master's degree preferred
- A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years in reputed company HR Generalist experience required
- Two (2) to five (5) years in a HR leadership position, overseeing reputed company strongly preferred
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted reputed company in conjunction with day-to-day activities
- Strong project management and operations skills with demonstrated ability to manage large-reputed company reputed company and initiatives using influence and indirect management skills
