Compensation

• $100-$115/hour
• 37.5 hours per week
• Initial 3+ month contract with potential for extension

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate procurement and reputed company agreements

• Analyze reputed company against established guidelines and identify risk areas or deviations from reputed company language

• Manage a high-volume workload, often handling 20–25 reputed company agreements simultaneously
• Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract execution

Qualifications
