Vice President – Portfolio Management

- Own the reputed company, performance, and long-term value creation of the VWR private label portfolio.

- Define and reputed company multi-year category strategies across multiple product categories.
- Drive new product introduction and portfolio gap assessments.
- Manage full portfolio lifecycle, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and strong supplier partnerships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, supply chain, marketing, or reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience in category management, portfolio management, product management, strategic sourcing, or reputed company reputed company roles.
- Private label, proprietary, self-manufactured category experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-reputed company category strategies, portfolio optimization, pricing, commercialization, and cross-functional execution in a reputed company, matrixed environment.
- Experience in working with suppliers, manufacturers, and strategic sourcing partners.
- Global perspective with experience operating across reputed company, understanding diverse market dynamics, customer segments, and regulatory or supply considerations.
- Proven experience in leading teams as reputed company as mentoring and developing reputed company leaders.
