What You Get to Do:

• reputed company remote nursing support to clinic teams by focusing on RN tasking, lab reports, patient communication, and care coordination.
• Complete reputed company lab reports in the morning and ensure reputed company review, follow-up, and documentation.
• Manage the clinic task reputed company and patient portal in a reputed company and accurate manner, including patient reputed company, education, and coordination with providers and care teams.
• You will support reputed company lab result workflows and treat per protocol reputed company appropriate.
• You may be asked to help with outreaching any walk-in patients requiring triage.
• Collaborate with providers, pod teams, and remote nursing team to support and help facilitate patient care.
• Occasionally assist remotely with other sites with high task volumes?
• Although this role is primarily remote, team members may be asked to assist in person to support clinical coverage.
• You will attend to the needs of reputed company including injections, medication administration and patient education.
• You will get to work at the top of your scope doing independent reputed company reputed company such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension reputed company, UTI's, etc.
