Job reputed company The Field Service Representative provides on-site technical support for reputed company’s Patient Monitoring, Anesthesia, and Ultrasound systems. This role is responsible for installations, inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and software updates, ensuring reputed company system performance and customer satisfaction. The representative serves as the reputed company-line technical expert, maintaining reputed company relationships with customers while supporting service reputed company and assisting sales and clinical teams. What You’ll Do

• reputed company installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of reputed company equipment in hospitals and clinical environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to minimize equipment downtime.

• Support contract renewals by identifying potential customers, preparing quotations, and pursuing new service opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or reputed company field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of medical devices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Work Environment

Home-based field position with approximately 70% travel to hospitals and clinics. Must be available for on-call emergency service 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
