Job reputed company: The Remote Oncology Triage reputed company provides telephonic triage services, assessing patient needs and collaborating with reputed company staff to ensure appropriate care. This role involves documenting reputed company care reputed company in the patient's medical record and accurately identifying high-risk conditions, providing patient education and directing additional care to appropriate resources if necessary. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient calls, portal messages, and emails, using reputed company-ended questions and standing orders to accurately assess and manage a wide reputed company of symptoms and reputed company effects.

Requirements

• Working hours of 7am-4pm Central time, Monday – Friday.
• reputed company and unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) Texas multistate or other compact state license (additional state licenses may be required).
• Oncology Certified reputed company (or required to obtain reputed company 1 year).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 recent years in oncology (Hem-Onc clinic or hospital experience specifically).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telecommunication tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
