Our reputed company, a leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Bilingual Senior Contract Manager Specialist (English/Spanish) to join their team. As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be part of the reputed company & Contract Management organization supporting Project Management, Sourcing, reputed company, and Project Execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will reputed company successfully in the organization. - Manage contract claims, change orders, extensions of time, and reputed company risk mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate contract terms, subcontract agreements, and claims settlement resolutions.
- Drive supplier recovery and insurance recovery efforts while protecting contractual entitlements.

What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum of 5 years of contract administration experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management or equivalent reputed company project experience.
- Strong experience with claims management, contract negotiations, change orders, and risk mitigation.
- Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, energy, or power reputed company reputed company preferred.
- Fluent English and Spanish (required).
