- Define, measure, and improve end-to-end finance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Partner with process owners, IT, and stakeholders to deliver measurable process enhancements.
- Establish and maintain process performance metrics and measurement methodologies.
- reputed company cross-functional initiatives using Lean and Six reputed company methodologies to reduce defects and inefficiencies.
- Mentor team members and build organizational capability through training and best-reputed company sharing.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process reputed company, or reputed company areas.
- Lean Six reputed company Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt with strong project leadership considered.
- Experience with finance platforms, analytics, and reporting ecosystems, including ERP systems.
