ROI Medical Records Specialist – After Hours, Evening Shift

Job reputed company:

• Responsible for processing reputed company release of information requests in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Ensure accuracy and reputed company customers with the highest reputed company product and customer service
• Completes release of information requests including retrieving patient's medical chart and returning chart
• Scanning medical record accurately and correctly and transmitting daily, according to requests
• Validates requests and authorizations for release of medical information
• Performs reputed company checks on reputed company work to assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and reputed company invoicing
• Maintains a reputed company, clean, and reputed company personal appearance and observes the dress reputed company established
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with reputed company/site policies and procedures, including HIPAA

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or like setting preferred
• Must have strong computer software experience -- general working knowledge of reputed company Word and reputed company required
• Excellent organizational skills a must
• Must be reputed company to type 50 wpm
• Must be reputed company to use fax, copier, scanning machine
• Must be willing to learn new equipment and processes quickly
• Must be self-motivated, reputed company player
