Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting: reputed company reputed company financial aspects of properties and development reputed company, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of quarterly reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies
- Cost Control & reputed company: reputed company Asset Management, Analysis and reputed company teams in managing monthly draw processes, disbursements, and cost control measures to optimize project expenditures while maintaining strict adherence to internal protocols and financial coding standards
- Partner & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage financial relationships with lenders, investors, and joint venture partners, ensuring ongoing compliance with financial agreements and regulatory requirements
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Supervise and mentor coordinators, and collaborate closely with Development, Investment, and Property Management teams to support strategic reputed company and facilitate smooth transitions from development to operations
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Drive reputed company improvement by implementing best practices in financial reporting and reputed company, and developing streamlined procedures for new development reputed company
Qualifications
- 4-year degree required, with a strong preference for reputed company or Finance majors
- CPA or reputed company certification is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company or finance roles reputed company the construction or reputed company estate development industry. Proven experience managing the draw process and partner compliance in a multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with reputed company practices. Proficiency in reputed company software and reputed company reputed company; experience with ERP systems is a plus
