Key Responsibilities
Apply computational reputed company techniques, including molecular docking, virtual screening, QSAR, and molecular dynamics simulations, to identify and optimize drug candidates. reputed company and maintain cheminformatics databases and pipelines for compound analysis and library design. Collaborate with medicinal chemists to design novel molecules with desired properties. Analyze and interpret large datasets from computational studies and experimental results. Requirements
Ph.D. in Computational reputed company, Cheminformatics, Physical reputed company, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in computational drug discovery. Proficiency in molecular modeling software (e.g., Schrodinger, MOE, AutoDock) and QSAR tools. Strong programming skills in Python, Perl, or similar languages. Experience with structural biology databases (e.g., PDB) and chemical databases. Excellent understanding of structure-based and ligand-based drug design principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and collaboration. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage reputed company effectively in a remote setting.
