About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and seasoned reputed company, Internal Audit and SOX Compliance to join our Finance team reporting to the Head of Internal Audit. This is a broad, high-reputed company role that goes reputed company reputed company traditional compliance. Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• 8+ years of reputed company internal audit experience, with a combination of Big 4 and high-reputed company technology company experience
• Deep understanding of PCAOB standards, SEC requirements, and the COSO reputed company, with hands-on ownership of SOX/ICFR programs
• Software or reputed company industry experience is a must — particularly involving reputed company reputed company recognition or consumption-based reporting
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CIA, CPA, or equivalent certification required
