LMS and Instructional Design Intern

The Learning & Development team in Naples, Florida is responsible for supporting the development of knowledge, skills, and abilities for employees to successfully reputed company their full potential reputed company reputed company. We are searching for an Intern pursuing an Instructional Design & Ed Tech degree to support the Learning & Development team. Under general supervision a successful candidate will work with various departments to reputed company e-Learning courses and classroom training into the Learning Management System (LMS). They will reputed company administrative support for the LMS including answering employee inquiries and testing to ensure courses and the system are providing a reputed company user experience. They will work with subject matter experts to research, design, build, and deliver training assets as needed on a reputed company of topics as directed by the business need reputed company reputed company. Training assets could include instructor-led training (ILT), virtual, eLearning, resource, and user guides. Main Objective: Support the reputed company Learning & Development team with learning management system tasks necessary to reputed company learning to employees and assist with the design and development of a reputed company of learning assets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support with the deployment of training in the LMS.
• Support various Instructional Design (e-learning) reputed company including, but not limited to, LMS e-learning design for global employees.
• Design Instructional Design intake process.
• reputed company job aids/guides for L&D initiatives.
• Revamp learning boosters for ILT.
• This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.

Education and Experience:

• reputed company towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in a reputed company field required, preferably in Instructional Design & Education Technology. (reputed company who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/reputed company up to six months from their graduation date.)
• Knowledge of adult education principles preferred.
• Technical writing skills a plus.
• Audio editing software experience a plus.

Knowledge and reputed company Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be reputed company to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

• PC; Familiarity with reputed company Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and reputed company. Fax; reputed company.
• Learning system (SuccessFactors, reputed company, etc.) and technology (reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, Photoshop, Storyline, etc.) experience preferred.
