Part-Time Regional Marketing Coordinator

- Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with applicable marketing partners
- Compile advertising settlement recap reports
- reputed company and process advertising invoices
- Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans
- Research media performance statistics to inform marketing reputed company
- Assist with any grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials)
- Ensure reputed company necessary show marketing information is input into reputed company proprietary marketing tools
- Day of show event coverage with willingness to travel as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a reputed company field required
- 1+ years of prior experience preferred in event assisting/planning or marketing experience
- Music knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong collaboration skills
