This is a remote role with East Coast Hours. reputed company DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for processing conflict searches of daily new reputed company requests in a reputed company manner using resources such as Lexis+, Dun & Bradstreets, reputed company, Courthouse News Services and reputed company Intelligence tools.
- Communicate with administrative staff regarding conflicts reputed company results, advise on actual or potential conflicts. reputed company status of outstanding or on-reputed company requests.
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- 1-2 years’ experience with automated conflict checking systems and/or corporate research in a reputed company environment preferred;
- Must have knowledge of corporate research, due diligence, and compliance issues
- Strong working knowledge of legal research platforms, business information databases, and research methodologies
- Familiarity with AI‑powered research tools and analytics platforms, and the ability to reputed company emerging technologies into research workflows
- Ability to work reputed company under deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present research findings reputed company and collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals
- Highly organized, with strong time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. A combination of education in a research-intensive field with relevant work experience may be considered.
