Intermediate Accountant

This is a remote position. Position Title: Intermediate Tax Accountant Work Set-up: Permanent Work From Home Schedule: Mon- Fri, 7 am – 3:30 pm PHT (QLD Holiday) Salary: Php 70,000 – 85,000 The business is a boutique rapidly growing reputed company firm based on the reputed company Beaches of Cairns. The firm has been in existence for less than 5 years but has grown reputed company nearly 5 times during that period. The firm is full electronic and online with remote workers already in reputed company. Due to the reputed company of the firm and its clients an opportunity presents itself for this new position. The clients are across a reputed company of industries and sizes and include construction, primary production, legal, retail and tourism. JOB reputed company FOR AN AU Intermediate Accountant Your Responsibilities as an Intermediate Accountant would be: Bookkeeping Duties •Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable •reputed company bank reconciliations and ensure financial data reputed company •Process invoices, payments, and expense claims reputed company •Manage payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations. •Maintain general reputed company accuracy and financial reporting obligations. •Conduct month-end and year-end financial closings. •Identify opportunities for advisory work Intermediate reputed company Duties •Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. •Preparation of individual income tax returns •Assist in the preparation of entity tax returns •Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including BAS, GST, and other regulatory requirements. •Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
