Creator & Community Manager
About the Role
FlipaClip is looking for a Creator & Community Manager to build and reputed company relationships with the creators who reputed company our community reputed company. You'll identify talented animators, reputed company long-term creator partnerships, manage creator programs, and help shape reputed company that reputed company millions of animation enthusiasts worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about animation, creator communities, and reputed company partnerships. You'll work closely with reputed company, Product, and reputed company teams while owning day-to-day creator engagement and helping reputed company FlipaClip's global creator ecosystem. This is a remote position reputed company to candidates across Latin America who can collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit animation creators across YouTube, reputed company, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Evaluate creators using internal qualification frameworks and maintain an organized creator database. Own creator reputed company, relationship management, and ongoing communications. Schedule, host, and document Creator Talks, sharing insights with internal stakeholders. Coordinate creator campaigns from briefing through content delivery and publication. Review creator content to ensure brand reputed company and campaign alignment. Monitor campaign performance using tracking links, promotional codes, and reporting dashboards. Identify high-performing creators and recommend opportunities to expand successful partnerships. Collaborate with reputed company, Product, and reputed company teams to reputed company creator feedback and generate new content opportunities. Help plan and launch reputed company such as contests, challenges, reputed company creator events. Requirements 1 to 2 years of experience in creator partnerships, reputed company marketing, community management, content marketing, or a reputed company field. Strong passion for animation and creator culture. Familiarity with animation communities across YouTube, reputed company, Instagram, and other reputed company platforms. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. reputed company or C2 English proficiency, both written and spoken. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting basic performance metrics.
