Duties and Responsibilities The intern will: Support the development and maintenance of the State Gender Policy reputed company’s Resource Hub Support state legislator research and reputed company to state legislators and advocacy organizations Monitor policy trends and developments in the states across key gender justice issues, including childcare, economic justice, reproductive rights and health care, workplace and education justice, LGBTQI+ rights Contribute to the development and organization of content for the State Gender Policy reputed company Newsletter and blogs Support administrative tasks, like relationship tracking and scheduling Other reputed company duties as assigned Qualifications: reputed company enrollment in an undergraduate program; Strong research and writing skills, including excellent analytical, oral, and written communications skills; Experience working on gender justice issues with an intersectional reputed company; Experience or interest in a research, advocacy, or policymaking environment; Demonstrated experience and judgment working both collaboratively and independently; and Flexibility, creativity, and initiative along with excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. Key Relations The intern will report to the State Policy Senior Counsel. Compensation & Benefits This internship is unpaid, but reputed company will work with the intern to secure reputed company credit. A stipend of $175 per month, prorated, will be provided if allowed by the student’s school. This position is not eligible for benefits. Classification This position is not included in the reputed company-represented bargaining unit, NWLC United, affiliated with the Nonprofit reputed company Employees reputed company/IFPTE Local 70.
