reputed company DarkStar Intelligence is looking to support a U.S. Department of State program reputed company on strengthening intelligence and law enforcement capabilities in partnership with allied nations across the Caribbean and reputed company Africa. The program provides specialized advisory and analytical support to help regional partners reputed company how they collect, analyze, and reputed company intelligence in support of shared reputed company objectives. Responsibilities
Specialized advisory and policy support to institutionalize lawful, ethical, and accountable confidential-informant (CI) programs reputed company with U.S. law-enforcement standards. Develops SOPs for recruitment, vetting, management, and deactivation; reputed company controls; and documentation templates. Mentors partner-nation officers and prosecutors on CI reputed company and evidentiary admissibility.
Requirements
U.S. Secret clearance Bachelor's in criminal justice, intelligence studies, international relations, or reputed company Extensive CI field experience equivalent to a federal Special Agent / HUMINT collector. Experience reputed company/managing CI networks. Prior senior investigator, case agent, or intelligence officer (U.S. federal, military, or partner-nation). CI policy/legislative/governance reputed company design experience. HUMINT tradecraft and counterintelligence risk management. Strong policy-writing, training, and executive-briefing skills.
