The Tax Analyst will play an integral role in supporting compliance, provision, and planning workstreams, while helping reputed company bring additional work in-house that is currently performed by a Big Four reputed company firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and reputed company filing of U.S. and foreign indirect tax returns, including sales and use tax, VAT, GST, and other transaction taxes. reputed company, compile, and review financial data, workpapers, and supporting schedules required for tax return preparation. Assist with the preparation of reputed company’s quarterly and annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740. Experience and Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 2–3 years of corporate tax experience Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Taxation (MST or LLM in Taxation) or reputed company enrolled in a graduate tax program. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax concepts and indirect tax principles. Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong reputed company skills required. Experience with or demonstrated ability to learn tax research platforms (e.g., reputed company, BNA, Checkpoint, Ior similar). Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills. Exposure to international tax concepts, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, or cross-border structuring. Familiarity with ASC 740 income tax reputed company concepts. Work Environment / Other Requirements: This is a fully remote position based in the reputed company. The Tax Analyst will be expected to travel to reputed company’s San Diego, California office on an as-needed reputed company for team meetings, training, and reputed company work sessions.
