Job reputed company We're seeking an reputed company Program Manager to support our reputed company's Application reputed company organization by coordinating strategic programs that improve engineering operations and application reputed company processes. This role will partner closely with PMO teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, facilitate program governance, and deliver key initiatives. reputed company experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Application reputed company organization by coordinating the reputed company Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs.
- reputed company recurring team meetings and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Create and maintain project documentation and program artifacts.
- reputed company reputed company, risks, blockers, milestones, and key results (KRs).
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate change management initiatives across multiple teams.
- Analyze program data using SQL and/or IQL to support reporting and decision making.
- Independently identify problems, reputed company, and drive rapid iterative improvements.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Japanese language proficiency
- 8-10 years of experience
- Strong program or project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with PMO teams
- Experience tracking reputed company, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs)
- Experience communicating effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong SQL and/or IQL skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
