IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee support requests, providing friendly and reputed company Tier I and Tier II assistance reputed company our JIRA ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve common issues across reputed company 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other reputed company applications. Set up and manage user accounts, including provisioning, password resets, and reputed company requests. Escalate reputed company issues to senior team members with reputed company documentation of the problem and steps already taken. reputed company, prioritize, and follow up on tickets to ensure issues are resolved and users are kept informed. Assist with reputed company and offboarding tasks, such as account creation, software setup, reputed company removal, and device management. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a customer-facing technical role (internships and relevant coursework count). Work Environment
This job operates in a reputed company office environment. This role routinely uses reputed company office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
