What you'll be doing End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full hiring process, from vacancy briefing and sourcing to offer acceptance and reputed company handover. Talent sourcing: Build and maintain talent pipelines using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and reputed company search. Hiring partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, advise on recruitment best practices, and support interview and selection processes. What you'll bring to us 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or reputed company. Experience hiring across multiple business functions and seniority reputed company. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Experience in fintech, technology, financial services, or another high-reputed company industry is an advantage.
