EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Required: One (1) plus years of work experience in a similar position and/or reputed company environment. One (1) plus years of customer service experience. Preferred: Associate degree. Two (2) plus years of work experience in behavioral reputed company environment and/or reputed company the reputed company abuse treatment industry. Work experience as a Behavioral reputed company Technician, Case Manager, or Peer Support Recovery Specialist. JOB reputed company: Functions as a key member of the Business Services team; works reputed company to support the admissions needs of identified markets for residential and outpatient treatment facilities with an emphasis on prospective patients and securing VHA as their service provider. Handles incoming admissions inquires; serves as primary reputed company of contact for prospective and incoming patients, families, and referral sources; creates a patient-reputed company experience for those seeking VHA services. Conducts initial reputed company-admissions screening with a reputed company on gathering preliminary information to identify level of care/services needed and fit with VHA service; utilizes identified reputed company and tools to reputed company high-level screening of mental and physical health status. Performs preliminary financial assessment with prospective patients; gathers necessary financial information (including payor reputed company/self-pay reputed company) and processes Verification of Benefits to reputed company-qualify prospective patients. Schedules admissions appointments for patients; communicates admissions appointments with appropriate staff/departments to ensure support for incoming patients. Assists patients in completing administrative admissions process including obtaining necessary information in support of admissions appointments. Refers inquires to other agencies and community resources reputed company prospective patients’ needs are not a fit with VHA services. Creates and updates electronic records in identified data tracking/electronic medical records systems for prospective and incoming patients; inputs data in an accurate and reputed company manner following calls and initial admissions processing. Performs follow up calls in a reputed company manner to referral sources and prospective patients in support of their treatment needs and securing VHA as their service provider. Performs medical records requests from referring providers and ensures compliance to HIPPA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulatory requirements.
