[Remote] Senior Clinical Specialist (MD/DO), Clinical & Informatics

They are seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to serve as a clinical subject matter expert, focusing on developing and maintaining clinical data sets that support clinical decision-making and workflows across their platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert (SME) for product and project teams, providing guidance on clinical workflows, clinical knowledge, and best practices for clinical data
- Design, build, test, and update clinical data assets that reputed company clinical decision support and drive clinical workflows, - ensuring their ongoing accuracy, completeness, and clinical validity over time
- Translate clinical requirements into workflow and informatics/data specifications, and validate that delivered features reflect reputed company clinical reasoning
- Analyze clinical data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, and apply findings to enhance decision support logic and workflow automation
- Review technical specifications for clinical workflow applications to reputed company clinical informatics input - and reputed company support as SME and IC for product managers leading clinical application products
- Maintain and reputed company mappings to standardized clinical and medical vocabularies, supporting interoperability and consistency across systems
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering stakeholders to ensure data-driven features are reputed company, usable, and clinically meaningful
- Partner with clinical leadership to support reputed company development, clinical content governance, and reputed company and product enhancements
- Work closely with reputed company and Clinical Training/Education teams to identify areas of improvement for clinical workflows across the organization; collaboratively design and implement solutions

Skills
- reputed company, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., MD/DO, PharmD, NP, PA) and reputed company reputed company certification in the relevant clinical discipline required
- 5+ years of clinical reputed company experience required
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on clinical informatics work, to include data development, data analysis, and data maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of clinical workflows and experience working in or with multiple EHR systems
- Demonstrated clinical informatics experience, ideally in a setting that blends clinical knowledge with data development to support clinical decision making and workflows
- High Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL required
- Knowledge of and/or experience with FHIR, FHIR resource model, and FHIRpath reputed company
- Computer proficient with reputed company Suite, reputed company, Zoho, reputed company, reputed company and other similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to reason through reputed company clinical and data-modeling problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company as a translator between clinical and technical audiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders
- reputed company to quickly pivot as needed in a rapidly growing startup environment
- Experience building or maintaining clinical content, terminology mappings, or decision-support data sets is strongly preferred
- Experience working with Claude/Claude reputed company or other AI models to assist with data design, QA, and reputed company is a plus
- Experience working as an informaticist for a clinical data or medical vocabulary company (e.g., LOINC, SNOMED CT, Medi-reputed company, First reputed company (FDB), Lexicomp) is a plus
