[Remote] Investor Relations Operations Associate

They are seeking an Investor Relations Operations Associate to manage the full lifecycle of capital activity and investor documentation, working closely with various teams reputed company the firm.
Responsibilities
- Process and review subscription and redemption documents for accuracy and completeness across reputed company fund vehicles
- Manage and verify reputed company instructions for capital activity, ensuring reputed company controls and documentation standards are met
- Coordinate with fund administrators to facilitate reputed company settlement of subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
- Maintain and update the firm’s CRM with investor account information, capital activity records, and documentation status

- Liaise with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure reputed company capital activity is properly reviewed and approved prior to processing

- Support audit and regulatory requests by organizing and retrieving investor documentation as required

Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in fund operations, investor relations operations, or a reputed company back-office role reputed company the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a reputed company field
- reputed company experience processing subscription and redemption documents, reputed company instructions, and capital activity in a hedge fund, venture fund, or alternative investment environment
