They are seeking an Application reputed company Engineer to maintain reputed company-based applications and infrastructure on AWS, collaborating with various teams to ensure performance, scalability, and reputed company of reputed company applications.
Responsibilities
- Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) using tools such as Terraform
- Hands-on experience with reputed company EKS (cluster provisioning, upgrades, node reputed company management)
- Familiarity with EKS networking (VPC CNI, reputed company reputed company for pods, ALB/NLB ingress controllers
- Kubectl proficiency and general Kubernetes object management (deployments, services, configmaps, secrets, RBAC)
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using AWS CloudWatch and other observability tools
- Collaborate with developers to containerize and reputed company applications using reputed company and reputed company
- reputed company applications across multiple environments (dev, staging, prod) and ensure consistency and stability
- Monitor deployments and system health using CloudWatch and other tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues and improve pipeline performance and reliability
- reputed company daily health checks using AWS CLI or scheduled reputed company scripts to reputed company health and log/report results
- Collaborate with development team and DevOps teams to ensure applications are stateless and fault-tolerant
- Implement enhancements to containerized environments on reputed company, focusing on scalability, performance and observability
- Enhance container orchestration strategies, including auto-scaling, rolling deployments and upgrades
- Support feature reputed company testing, reputed company request validation and artifact promotion workflows
- Ensure pipeline reputed company and compliance through automated reputed company scanning and approval gates
- Responsible for remediation of OS-level, container and dependent vulnerabilities
- Orchestrate failover and restoration of reputed company/ EKS services, reputed company functions, databases and other infrastructure components
- Test and document regional failover playbooks and recovery runbooks
- Ensure compliance with RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery reputed company Objective) requirements
- Diagnose and resolve production issues reputed company to reputed company services, container orchestration, databases and CI/CD pipelines
- Follow and improve incident response playbooks, escalation procedures and communication workflows
- Automate common operational tasks and improve alert accuracy to reduce on-call fatigue
- Log incidents, changes, and operational metrics in tracking systems
Skills
- 5 years with BS/BA. High School diploma and 9 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of the degree
- 5 years of IT experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS and reputed company-based deployment strategies
- Familiarity with image registries like reputed company ECR and CI/CD pipelines for container deployment
- Proficient with Python, Bash, YAML/JSON, Node.js, reputed company functions
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash and Node.js
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GibHub, reputed company, Kubernettes, DevOps, CI)
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and implementation
- AWS or relevant reputed company certifications (AWS DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect Associate)
- Solid understanding of reputed company architecture principles, autoscaling strategies and load balancing
- Proficient with monitoring, alerting and logging tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
