The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and reputed company reputed company integration, contributing immediately and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize reputed company Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reputed company roles
• reputed company custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows
• Design and build applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• reputed company Dynamics 365 with reputed company reputed company and other external systems using reputed company, Azure services, or middleware
• reputed company custom connectors, REST reputed company, and PowerApps Component reputed company (PCF) controls
• Customize portals and reputed company Dynamics 365 functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company integration and application issues across Dynamics 365, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company technologies
• Participate in reputed company reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Support DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployments
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver reputed company solutions

Skills

• 3 6+ years of experience in reputed company Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Customer Service development
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with reputed company reputed company (required)
• Government reputed company experience, preferably supporting reputed company Eligibility & Enrollment programs
• Strong experience with reputed company Power Platform, including: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate
• Proficiency in: C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and business rules
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, reputed company roles, solutions, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Experience building custom connectors and REST API integrations
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
• Experience with debugging, unit testing, and performance tuning
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with reputed company Azure services
• Power BI reporting and dashboard development
• Experience with reputed company-Channel, Case Management, and Member/Beneficiary Services
• Experience contributing to Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
