[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, including strong exposure to architecture, system design, reliability, reputed company, and production operations
- 5+ years managing engineering teams, managers, senior engineers, or technical leads
- Experience leading multiple teams or a reputed company-sized engineering area through reputed company product, platform, infrastructure, or modernization work
- Experience implementing and scaling responsible AI Tool usage throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong technical judgment across distributed systems, reputed company, reputed company infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, observability, incident management, and secure software delivery
- Proven ability to partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps, manage scope, and connect engineering work to customer and business reputed company
- Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and performance-managing engineering talent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences
