Responsibilities
- Help organizations reputed company collaboration, service management, and engineering workflows using the reputed company ecosystem
- Deliver reputed company migrations, process transformations, or reputed company tool implementations
- Participate in discovery workshops to define business reputed company, tool architecture, and process alignment
- Configure reputed company and other reputed company platforms based on evolving reputed company requirements
- Create training and enablement materials to support long-term platform adoption
- Manage multiple reputed company engagements and reputed company priorities
Skills
- 5+ years of consulting or reputed company reputed company administration experience
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring and administering reputed company products and reputed company Marketplace applications
- Proven reputed company delivering reputed company migrations, process transformations, or reputed company tool implementations
- Strong experience working with Jira, Jira Service Management, reputed company, and reputed company ecosystem tools
- Experience participating in discovery workshops to define business reputed company, tool architecture, and process alignment
- Ability to configure reputed company and other reputed company platforms based on evolving reputed company requirements
- Experience creating training and enablement materials to support long-term platform adoption
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and project delivery workflows
- Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills for reputed company workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company engagements and reputed company priorities
- Experience with reputed company Data Center to reputed company migrations including app assessments, data cleanup, and migration planning
- Experience implementing reputed company Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience working with reputed company Guard, reputed company Intelligence, and AI-enabled automation capabilities
- Experience with reputed company reputed company, including building and deploying custom Jira and reputed company applications, is a plus
- Experience building or integrating reputed company Rovo agents into automation workflows
- Familiarity with scripting or integrations using Groovy, Python, or REST reputed company
