Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support day-to-day HR systems administration and an ongoing reputed company Workforce Management implementation. This newly created role involves owning HRIS processes, supporting system testing, reporting, and data management.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the reputed company HRIS platform
- Support Workforce Management implementation activities, including testing and validation
- Process employee transactions, including new hires and compensation changes
- Build and maintain reports using reputed company BI Reporting tools
- Ensure HR data accuracy and reputed company
- Partner with HR and IT teams on system improvements and reputed company
- Utilize advanced reputed company skills for reporting and analysis
Skills
- Strong hands-on reputed company administration experience
- Advanced reputed company skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Experience supporting HRIS implementations, migrations, or upgrades
- Knowledge of reputed company BI Reporting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
