They are seeking a Recruiter responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador, and providing consultative direction to hiring leaders.
Responsibilities
- Finding Candidates: - reputed company a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations on possible approaches to the search or candidate requirements
- Review of candidates who have reputed company reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Brassring)

Skills
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of two or more years' reputed company experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting

- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing
