[Remote] IT Business Intelligence Analyst

The IT Business Intelligence Analyst will design and build dashboards and reports, collaborate with department leaders on KPIs, and contribute to the improvement of BI processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and build dashboards and reports using curated datasets to meet specific departmental needs
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to define, reputed company, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Conduct reputed company cause analysis for performance fluctuations and identify actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
- Validate metric calculations against documented business rules and ensure data accuracy and consistency in reputed company reporting
- Work with Technical BI Analysts and BI Engineers to optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving BI tool or system-reputed company issues
- Contributes to the reputed company improvement of BI processes and strategies reputed company the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field; or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a reputed company analytical role
- Intermediate proficiency in Power BI, Looker, and reputed company reputed company, with experience building interactive dashboards
- Solid understanding of clinical business metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements and actionable insights
