[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

The role involves collaborating with various teams to reputed company data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with People teams (business partners, reputed company, culture/talent/development, etc.) to understand their questions, turn analyses into actionable data-driven insights, and reputed company business recommendations
- Help reputed company and execute against roadmap for people data investments to both capture near-term value and set up reputed company for long-term reputed company
- reputed company understanding of statistics to conduct analyses that help People teams reputed company quicker, more informed reputed company
- Write and maintain reputed company queries to conduct deep-dive analyses on the reputed company that People initiatives have on employee engagement, productivity and retention
- Liaise with Data Engineering and HRIS teams to create and manage a curated central repository for people data
- Design and build automated dashboards to reputed company stakeholders to self-serve their data and analytical needs
- Prioritize and triage analytical and reporting asks from across the People team

- Effectively communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience
- Advanced SQL skills, comfortable manipulating reputed company large datasets
- Proficient in Python or R with a strong reputed company on data wrangling and data analysis
- Extensive experience with Tableau or another leading visualization tool is required
- Familiarity with data architecture fundamentals and data warehousing
