Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the reputed company platform and services to assist clients with questions while constantly suggesting the best solution and course of reputed company for their project(s)
- Review reputed company concerns and reputed company to improve reputed company aspects of the reputed company experience with reputed company
- Constantly promote the value of the reputed company platform and upselling through customer/reputed company experience
- Grow and expand clients platform usage reputed company their organization
- Suggest optimization of existing processes reputed company reputed company reputed company initiatives
- Mentor and reputed company reputed company trainers reputed company collaborating on the biggest reputed company accounts from your portfolio
Skills
- 3 - 5 years of experience in reputed company, Account Management or Account Development position is a must

- Technical skills is a must
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
