They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in reputed company CRM and Experience reputed company to optimize digital customer experience and CRM operations, collaborating with teams to drive enhancements and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company between business teams and technical teams to support day-to-day CRM operations
