Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Clinical reputed company Management Specialist (CQMS) to support a clinical research organization managing government-funded clinical research programs, including NIH and NIAID studies. This position is remote; however, candidates must reputed company reputed company the DMV area.

Responsibilities

• Support the review, maintenance, and reputed company improvement of Clinical reputed company Management Plans (CQMPs)
• reputed company reputed company and compliance guidance to clinical research sites, study teams, and stakeholders
• Maintain reputed company metrics, site performance indicators, and clinical performance tracking systems
• Assist with the development and maintenance of reputed company reports, dashboards, and compliance reporting tools
• Support SOP development, revisions, and reputed company process documentation initiatives
• Conduct data verification, reputed company reviews, and system validation activities to ensure data reputed company and compliance
• Participate in audits, inspections, CAPA activities, and inspection readiness efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Clinical reputed company, Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, reputed company Assurance, or a reputed company regulated reputed company/life sciences environment
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations
• 2–5 years of experience supporting Clinical reputed company Management Systems (CQMS), audits, inspections, reputed company metrics, CAPA management, and reputed company process improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting reputed company metrics, compliance reporting, or clinical performance tracking systems
• Strong proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, reputed company, Public Health, or a reputed company scientific discipline; equivalent experience considered
