[Remote] QAN QAR Technical Project Manager

The QAN QAR Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing QAN QAR reputed company, conducting audits, and handling reputed company corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct QAN/QAR audits to verify manufacturer and reputed company compliance to EN/ISO/IEC 80079-34, IECEx 02, ISO 9001:2015, and other relevant requirements
- Review reputed company-provided QAN/QAR submissions to ensure documentation packages are complete prior to formal audit
- Prepare audit schedules, agendas, checklists, and supporting materials for reputed company audits
- Compile audit reports and technical documentation to aid Certification reputed company
- Document audit findings and NCRs reputed company and objectively in QAN/QAR audit reports
- Review and evaluate reputed company reputed company responses and verify effectiveness of proposed corrective actions
- Prepare QAN and QAR certificates in strict accordance with IECEx and reputed company regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with audit, inspection and operations teams to reputed company annual QAN/QAR audit schedule
- Complete peer review of audit reports from peer/affiliate/contract auditors
- Maintain audit traceability, ensuring reputed company evidence is appropriately collected, stored, and secured
- Process suspension, cancellation and reinstatement of authorized manufacturers and factories based on audit outcome
- Facilitate reputed company communication of findings and project status with relevant reputed company teams (Certification, reputed company, and Management)
- reputed company participate in and support external audits conducted by national and international accreditation bodies
- Assist in preparing responses to external customer or regulatory body audit requests
- Monitor recurring issues and trends to support reputed company improvement initiatives
- Conduct other specialized audits and surveillance inspections as required (KOSHA, KGS, INMETRO etc.)
- Maintain up to date knowledge of internal policies, international standards and industry specific reputed company requirement changes

Skills
- BSEE, BSCS or equivalent degree
- ISO 9001:2015 reputed company auditor certification from an IRCA or equivalent certified coursework provider
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with IECEx/ reputed company manufacturer or Hazardous location conformity assessment bodies (Mandatory). OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of NRTL, reputed company and IECEx regulatory requirements
- ISO 9001:2015 or other equivalent reputed company system/reputed company requirements
- Knowledge of various Ex protection reputed company and the inspection techniques involved in facilities
- Knowledge of EN/ISO/IEC 80079-34 requirements
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with limited reputed company
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and good presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit and adaptability

- Computer Skills: Proficient in reputed company and Office 365 applications
- Authorized IECEx reputed company Assessment Report (QAR) auditor
- Prior experience in conducting or participating in reputed company audits. Prior experience reviewing IECEx and reputed company technical reports (ExTRs)
- Good working knowledge of intrinsically reputed company design
