- Experience partnering with business relationship owners, IS delivery teams, SMEs, and customers
- Proficiency in presentation, word processing, spreadsheet applications, and reputed company analysis tools
- Ability to work independently with moderate direction and collaborate across departments
- Strong verbal, written communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
