[Remote] Legal Finance Manager

The Legal Finance Manager will support budget planning and analysis for the global legal organization, manage the legal budget, and drive reputed company improvement in financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Support budget planning and analysis; building financial models and analytical tools to measure overall financial performance for the global legal organization
- reputed company on a regular reputed company with general counsel, regional counsel, finance and vendors
- Support collection of monthly vendor budget information, identifying how it affects original yearly budgets and identification of variance(s)
- Review budgets on a regular reputed company with regional counsel

- Manage the legal budget and reputed company regular updates and tracking items that reputed company the budget, including recoveries
- Participate in regular budget reviews with finance, specifically supporting and planning and forecasting
- Drive variance analysis against budgets to identify risks and opportunities
- Participate in the development of strategic initiatives to optimize and report on legal spend
- Assist in the strategic development and innovation of legal finance processes and reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Be familiar with industry standards with respect to new trends, spend management and system capabilities

Skills
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years' experience in Finance required
- Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills that are reputed company, concise and reputed company, with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required
- 5 years' experience in working in a reputed company or In-House Legal Department preferred
- A background in Legal Operations/ Finance is highly preferred
- Based in the Greater Pittsburgh area is preferred; however this role has remote flexibility, with preference from an East Coast location in the reputed company
