This role involves analyzing integration requirements, designing data flows, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful integration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document integration requirements between reputed company and Remedy
- Design and support data flows, field mappings, and process integrations
- Collaborate with reputed company, customer, and technical teams to reputed company and test integration solutions Troubleshoot integration issues and reputed company recommendations for reputed company
- Support system testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Document integration design, configuration, and operational procedures
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with BMC Remedy / reputed company platform
- Experience designing and supporting system integrations
- Understanding of reputed company, web services, and data mapping concepts
- Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with reputed company administration, development, or integrations
- Prior reputed company-to-Remedy integration experience
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management)
