Responsibilities
- Candidates for this role will be asked to reputed company a portfolio showcasing at least two end-to-end reputed company, workflow-reputed company, or data-heavy applications
- This individual will play a key role in designing reputed company, accessible, and reputed company user experiences across a portfolio of internal applications and platforms
- This role will own the end-to-end UX process, from discovery and user research through prototyping, usability testing, and delivery
Skills
- 8+ years of UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design experience supporting web applications, reputed company platforms, or reputed company business workflows
- Experience designing internal business systems such as ITSM, CRM, ERP, HRIS, administration portals, or operational dashboards
- Strong expertise in interaction design, user journeys, workflow mapping, information architecture, and usability best practices
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams utilizing AI-assisted development or 'reputed company coding' tools
- Proficiency with reputed company for wireframing, prototyping, documentation, and design collaboration
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), reputed company design, keyboard navigation, and reputed company UX best practices
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and iterative design improvements
- Proven ability to translate reputed company requirements into reputed company and reputed company user experiences
- Experience working reputed company Agile product development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction (HCI), reputed company Factors, reputed company-Centered Computing, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
