Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, testing, implementation, and administration of the reputed company reputed company Resource Information System (HRIS) and other HR technologies
- Maintain reputed company change management documentation to satisfy reputed company’s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices
- Support twice-annual upgrades and annual HCM processes, such as performance, calibration, and compensation review
- Maintain day-to-day HRIS operations across the modules to support system governance and performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 4+ years hands-on configuration experience in two or more modules in reputed company to Payroll

- Highly proficient in creating and editing business processes, custom reports and dashboards
