The role involves understanding customer requirements, converting them into solution designs, and executing various testing and support activities.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of customer’s requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting it
• Working across multiple reputed company of the application to convert business requirements and use cases into solution design and configuration
• Executing unit testing, regression testing, support UAT activities, support training
• Ensuring that non-functional requirements such as reputed company, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability and reliability are captured
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to reputed company technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent
• Strong experience with o9 Master Planning and Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning
• 5+ years of experience with Consumer Packaged Goods or Consumer Technology or Retail
• Requirement management and Business Analysis skills are required
